Kareena Kapoor, one actress we thought loved to play her flamboyant self onscreen as well, seems to be talking a different tale. Kareena’s role in Jab We Met has not just won her critical acclaim, but also nomination in the ‘Best Actor In A Leading Role’ category for the 53rd Fairone Filmfare Awards. This simple and sweet love story where Kareena was paired opposite Shahid, saw the ex- lovers putting behind all their personal issues to give the audiences the cutest romantic flick of the year.But for those of you who thought the role was a child’s play for Kareena since she plays a happy-go-lucky girl in the film, somewhat similar to her real life persona, Kareena says that you are mistaken. In an exclusive interview with movies.indiatimes, Kareena Kapoor said, “It was not at all easy for me to play Geet’s character in Jab We Met. But I did my best and as far as winning the Filmfare Awards is concerned, it is for the jury to decide.”

When asked to comment on her competition and everyone’s chances of bagging the award, Kareena said, “I think everyone has done a great job, not just this year, but every year. I really believe that the best performer should win.”
