Its a rule in Israel that every young boy or girls has to serve in the army or social service for atleast 2 years. Most of them flee to India, Nepal and Pakistan and find work here rather than live in Israel.
We have heard that some of them get in bad company like other Indians, Pakistani's and
Nepali's and then get involved into illicit activities like Drugging and Prostitution. We pray for their safety, they really are very cute ;)
