However a year ago when fashion designer Manish Malhotra announced his film with them, peoples started dreaming to see them together again on screen. But Kareena reportedly turned down the offer. And the industry grapevine went abuzz that Kareena had problem with Hrithik and so she refused the project. However, recently when asked about her much buzzed about rift with Hrithik, Kareena denied it thoroughly. She said, "I haven't refused Manish's film, and Hrithik was never in it, in the first place. I have got an offer to work with Hrithik in another project, but it's too early to take about it. I really don't have any issues with him; he is a good friend and a fantastic actor." She continued, "As far as Manish's film is concerned, he is still working on the script; as soon as he gets ready with the film, we will start to shoot."
